Hours – 40 hours
Staff rates at our sister hotel and friends and family room rates.

Duties: -Responsible for the front line of Guest Interaction.
Processing Check in’s and Check Outs, Guest queries and acting as a central information hub for the property.
Responsible for accurate billing of guests on check out.
Responsible for onward billing of third parties and booking agents on behalf of the guest.
Following departmental check lists dependent upon shift.
Maintaining high standards of professionalism and courtesy, ensuring our guests have the enjoyable stay they deserve.
Ensuring they maintain correct health and safety, fire safety and all other policies and procedures relevant to their role.
Good computer skills and an intuitive mind set required.
Dealing with guest complaints in the first instance, and ensuring follow up from Duty Management is followed.
Communicating clearly with all team members of the property to ensure guest care and satisfaction.
Excellent Communication skills are required, and experience in a similar role; ideally from a hospitality organization although not essential.
