THE BRASSERIE

The Brasserie occupies what was
once the Mason family’s billiard room. 

Banquette seating with industrial
copper accents are a nod to the
family who made their fortune from
copper mining.  

Open every evening from 7:00pm
to 9:30pm, the atmosphere is relaxed
and informal, the food memorable.

FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD

Head chef Simon Bradley serves
uncomplicated and unrushed food.

Seasonal British food, sourced from
local farmers and suppliers like the
famous Kelmscott Pork reared just
a few miles away.

Sometimes smoked in Betty,
the smoker ingeniously made from
an old industrial fridge!

THE GUN ROOM

We won an award for the
design of this contemporary bar
juxtaposed with the traditional
design of the house
- a most convivial space for drinks
and light bites.

Settle in and watch the sun set from
the champagne terrace.

AFTERNOON TEA

A decadent treat.

Served in the grandeur of the
main hall in winter or on the
southwest-facing champagne terrace
in summer - with or without
the champagne.

You’ll need no supper.
