THE BRASSERIE

The Brasserie occupies what was
once the Mason family’s billiard room. 

Banquette seating with industrial
copper accents are a nod to the
family who made their fortune from
copper mining.  

Open Mon - Sat 6.45pm - 9.30pm and 6.45pm - 9.00pm on Sundays.  The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, the food memorable.

We won an award for the
design of this contemporary bar
juxtaposed with the traditional
design of the house
- a most convivial space for drinks
and light bites.

the champagne terrace.
